We have spacious recruiting center with qualified personnel to evaluate
the skills and qualification of the candidate as per recruitment criteria.
We undertake selection procedure of the manpower required by the employer
from our data bank by conducting preliminary personal interviews by qualified
experts, duly verifying the candidates education, professional qualifications,
past experience physical fitness. Forward the short-listed CV/BIO-DATA
to the employer. Upon receipt of pre-selected list of candidates from
the employer conduct final interview, examination and selection of the
prospective candidates. Send them for practical Trade Testing to recognized
institutions. Trade Testing measures are adopted under the supervision
of our staff or the employer or his representative. After final selection,
the panel doctors approved by the consulate/embassy in India carry out
detailed medical check-up. Execution of contract between the employer
and the employees on behalf of the employer after receipt of due authority
from the employer. On receipt of authenticated Power of Attorney from
the employer we arrange to obtain visa from the concerned Consulate/Embassy
within the shortest possible time. Pre-departure orientation about the
employing country and the organization.
Compliance with all Government regulations, viz. Visa endorsement on behalf
of the Employer, Emigration clearance, Airlines reservation and due notification
to the employer with arrival details, assistance to departing employees
for their easy passage through Airlines, Customs and Emigration counters
at the airport, etc.
If your requirement is of more difficult categories or categories not
available in our databank, necessary advertisement in leading newspaper
will be placed on behalf of our client.
Hotel bookings for Employers visiting officials including reception at
the airport and 'to and fro' transport for airport to hotel and back to
the airport, office facility and secretarial services, etc.
