GENERAL
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EMPLOYEES
Service
charges / Agency commission is payable by the employer which are reasonable
and to be settled by mutual negotiations. Fees will be charged for deployment
of the candidates sourced by the employing company. It includes co-ordination
between candidates and employing company, arranging interview with company
representatives, execution of contracts, visa processing, completion of
Emigration and other local formalities of the candidates for deployment.
REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES:
- Air ticket cost
as actual for the employee.
- Consulate fee.
- Advertisement
cost as actual.
MODE
OF PAYMENT:
- Invoice with
supporting documents for the reimbursable expenses will be forwarded
whenever the expenses occur.
GUARANTEE
FREE
REPLACEMENT We are pleased to provide our guarantee that personnel provided
by us will be adequately qualified, dependable and will have a total
commitment to our company. If our candidate leaves the client on ground
of misconduct / performance/ resignation within 90 days from date of
joining, "HALEEMA ENTERPRISES" guarantees to provide replacement free
of charge. Client should notify us to avail this guarantee.
PROCESS & TIME TO ACCOMPLISH
Minimum 15 to 20 working days are required to complete the process and
deploy the candidates who accept the offer. This may vary depending
on the conditions of acceptance and the medical fitness of the candidates.
Consulate/ Embassy takes 4 to 5 working days for the visa enquiry and
again after the medical fitness visa endorsement from the consulate
takes another 4 to 5 days. Thereafter we have to submit the passports
for emigration clearance and it takes 2 days time to get clearance.
While going through all these process, we schedule the candidate's departure
in accordance with the employing company.
